1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom items
  • Perishable goods (e.g., treats, food)
  • Clearance or final sale items

3. How to Initiate a Return

  2. Approval: Once approved, we will provide the return shipping address and instructions.
  3. Ship the Item: Send the item using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Include a description and photos of the issue.
    We will review your request and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.

5. Refunds for Returns

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

6. Exchanges
