1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available for:

  • Items returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items in unused, original condition, with original packaging.
  • Orders accompanied by valid proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation).

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom products
  • Perishable goods (e.g., treats, food)
  • Clearance or final sale items

3. Refund Process
